Jonathon R. Nagyiski is a U.S. Air Force Engineering and Honor Guard veteran with experience across deployed environments, federal infrastructure, medical facilities, real estate, and public sector engineering portfolios.

His service included engineering support, humanitarian mission work, ceremonial honors, training, and community service across the military spectrum. His contributions earned him the Delaware Distinguished Service Medal.

Across deployments, TDYs, humanitarian missions, and federal service, Jonathon saw a repeated gap: critical equipment was often protected by static systems that could not adapt as requirements changed.

That gap between readiness and reality led to the creation of HoldOver.
